SES is itself an investor and places emphasis on the acquisition and development of attractive commercial sites that have the potential for long-term success. We finance our expansion and upgrade projects primarily from our own resources, but we also utilize long-term equity financing models. SES also manages properties for numerous renowned investors as a center and asset manager.
