As a real estate development manager, you are responsible for the (further) development of store concepts and their cost-effectiveness calculations.

With a strong nose for successful sites, you thoroughly analyze projects, from optimal transport solutions to functional infrastructure. You also inspect and obtain the necessary properties and permits and act as a competent partner for public authorities, owners, and project partners.
