Real Estate Development Manager

As a real estate development manager at the SES headquarters, you will be responsible for the (further) development of location concepts and their profitability calculations. With a good eye for successful sites, you will thoroughly analyze projects, from optimal transport solutions to functional infrastructure. You will also inspect and obtain the necessary properties and permits and act as a competent partner for public authorities, owners, and project partners.

As a leasing manager at the SES headquarters, you will be fully involved in the planning phase of a site and will develop individually tailored usage concepts, taking into account the right segment mix. Your contacts will be both international market leaders and regional partners, with whom you will work from the first contact to the ongoing operations. As a leasing manager, you will always be on the cutting edge, identifying retail trends and bringing brand innovations to our locations.

You will negotiate and create site-specific or nationally valid contracts and will be the single point of contact for the building technicians at the shopping centers. A major focus will be on the optimization of the facilities and effects on operating costs.

You will ensure smooth center operations and maintain a supportive and positive business relationship with the shop partners. You will be responsible for the overall budget of the site, you will plan marketing activities, and will represent the center to the public. You will be supported by your center management team.

You will also be responsible for the security and cleanliness of the center and will coordinate cleaning and security services. You will be in charge of the preparation and controlling of the technical budget.

As an in-house technician within a shopping center, ensuring smooth technical operation will be your first priority. You will manage the technical team and will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of technical equipment. You will be the first point of contact for retail partners when it comes to technical issues.
