All of our shopping malls are anchored by strong hypermarkets to create a varied local supply mix. SES is also responsible for leasing areas in front of the checkouts for the Group’s retail formats Interspar and Maximarkt in Austria, as well as for the management of neighborhood centers in Italy. Our daily business benefits from more than 40 years of expertise.

Regionally Anchored

One of the key strengths of our sites is their regional focus. We create individual meeting points – and this also applies to the shop mix. The share of outlets that are operated by local companies varies between 20 and 30 percent between locations. Local supply is always in our focus.

Gastronomy as a Success Factor

The right share of gastronomy, diversity of food concepts, highest quality, and long-term partnerships are key, ranging from upscale cuisine to trendy fast-food chains. We scout the best local and regional caterers and are familiar with international food and beverage trends.

The first shop SMARTY.CZ in Czech republic

This May, the SMARTY.CZ chain opened its first store in the Czech Republic in the Europark shopping centre in Štěrboholy, Prague. Customers can choose and try out the latest PC and console games, buy gaming merch or build their own computer with the help of a consultant. By teaming up with JRC, you’ll experience a whole new shopping experience that combines the best of smart technology and gaming at the highest level with the help of a consultant.
