Wayfinding systems render our centers clearly laid out and easy to navigate. SES architecture specialists support the implementation of our customer-friendly routing concepts, each of which is tailored to the particular structural situation of the property.

Easily accessible centers are the result of well thought-out traffic planning. Clearly structured access roads, comfortable parking on extra-wide spaces, as well as well-lit underground parking garages or roof parking provide for the easiest possible arrival of our customers.

Between 2013 and 2016, SES enjoyed a successful cooperation with the owners of CITYPARK Graz, under which the traditional downtown location was extensively refurbished.

The outer facade links the new to the existing building and lends the center a new appearance. Thanks to a combination of gold-colored corrugated iron sheets and expanded metal, which is mounted in front, the building has a silver shine during the day and glows as a golden monolith at night.

In 2018, the MURPARK Graz shopping center was expanded to comprise an additional 18 stores. The facade was newly designed, and the INTERSPAR hypermarket was relaunched.

One of the center’s key features is its spectacular architecture. The three borders in the region are consistently reflected in the design.

The facade was designed to match the “Inn-Salzach” style of the old town: The downtown shopping center WEBERZEILE Ried im Innkreis, Austria, shows how sophisticated planning can combine traditional and new elements within a modern shopping center.

The mall is constructed of high-quality materials, features natural stone flooring, and provides plenty of daylight, while simultaneously ensuring a glare-free shopping environment.
