Hygiene Expenditure Tripled. Up to 100% Fresh Air Supply at SES Centers

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, SES has increased its effort to implement the highest possible hygiene standard at its shopping centers in six countries. The permanent inflow of fresh air has been increased to up to 100%, ensuring maximum customer safety. At EUROPARK Salzburg, for example, up to one million cubic meters of filtered fresh air is supplied to the inside of the center per hour. The air quality is automatically monitored at all times.

Our target: We want to achieve high turnover per square meter, high visitor footfall, and long stays at our centers, but we also want to create as much “emotion per m² as possible.

They find the best solutions for local infrastructure. The central SES facility management function provides ongoing support to the local teams, optimizes equipment and procurement criteria, and keeps the systems up to date.
