The shopping center is Slovenia’s currently largest building construction project. The underground parking garage and major parts of the shell were completed in 2018. The total investment in the project amounts to 150 million euros.


In this case, gastronomy and leisure activities combine in an exemplary manner. 32,000 m² of leasable space, 80 shops, a food court and a 6,200-square-meter “Activity Roof”: A first-class shopping center in the Ljubljana-Šiška district will be completed by spring 2020.

Most Modern Shopping Center in Slovenia Officially Named ALEJA

Slovenia’s most modern shopping center, ALEJA, which is being built in the Šiška district of Ljubljana, will open next year. Developer and operator SES Spar European Shopping Centers presented the progress of the construction project at a press conference on Tuesday, 9 April 2019 in Ljubljana and revealed the name of the center. The total investment amounts to approximately 150 million euros. SES is still recognized as the market leader when it comes to large-area shopping centers, both in Slovenia and Austria.
