Regional Meeting Point

Strong Anchor Tenants, Traditional Location

SES has managed the KING CROSS shopping center in Zagreb since 2017 and owns 96% of the center. SES has owned individual properties in Croatia since the Ipercoop acquisition by SPAR in 2009. KING CROSS Zagreb is the first shopping center in Zagreb and was opened in 2002. The shopping destination is particularly easy to reach – the center is located near the east/west highway. Strong anchor stores are critical to the success of the traditional shopping center. Anchor tenant Decathlon expanded to a total shop area of 5,000 m² in 2020. SES redesigned part of the adjacent mall. As a regional meeting place, the shopping center has been very popular with the people in the catchment area for years.
